Registration Steps:

Step #1 - Boundary Verification
These boundaries are set by Little League Intl, not our local city. Please confirm you live within the school boundaries to participate in Centralia Little League.  You can use your home address, or school address to verify only. Use THIS LINK HERE.

Step #2 - Age Chart

These ages are set by Little League at a national level, not our local league. Please use this chart to answer any questions as to the players"league age" as this could vary from actual age.  Please use this  2020 Little League Age Chart.

Step #3 - Registration
Please select a division and REGISTER NOW. If your child is a returning "Majors" player, they will be placed on the same team as last year, unless requested to return to the draft.  For all other levels, tryouts are required for placement. Please do your best to select a division based off age and talent but understand tryouts are a major consideration.  ALL NEW MAJORS PLAYERS MUST ATTEND TRYOUTS OR THEY WILL NOT BE PLACED IN THE MAJORS DIVISION.
 
Step #4 - Required Forms
Little League requires proof of residency annually. All players must fill out all the required forms.  Taking a picture of the forms with a cell phone is adequate as long as it is legible and clear. 

BIRTH CERTIFICATES are required, however if you upload using our online system, you will not have to do it again.

SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM can be used instead of the three residency eligibility checklist forms.  Please use this LITTLE LEAGUE SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM here.  Download and fill this out, and upload during registration or return it to our league officials.  This form will need to be filled out by the school.

RESIDENCY ELIGIBILITY FORMS - Please choose one form from each of the following groups HERE.  Reminder, by using the school enrollment form, you do not have to submit the documents from the three groups.
All players must fill out the Medical Release Form.


REFUND POLICY

Centralia Little League Refund Policy

To submit a refund request please send an email to [email protected] with the following:

Include "Refund Request" in the subject line

    .The Players Name

    . Parents Name

    . Division the Player was Registered in ( I.E Tball)

    . Reason for Refund

 

All refunds at a minimum will include any transaction charges Centralia Little League has incurred either in the original registration or via electronic refund process.


Once Registration Closes all refunds will be include a $15 processing fee.

 

NO Refunds will be issued after Saturday Febraury 8th 2020 for Spring Ball Divisions. Little league refunds requested after registration and before Febraury15th will be granted a refund minus transaction fee. Provided there is a written document from a doctor supporting a medical issue that prevents the registered player from participation.


At NO point will any refund be given if the player or their relative has been dismissed or suspended due to unsportsmanlike behavior or not abiding MLL Code of conduct. At NO point will any refund be given due to placement on a team or level due to skills evaluation (ie a player wanting to make Majors level and drafted to a Minors team).


Approved refunds will be processed within 2 week of approval.
